Lahat ay tumayo para mag toast ang bestman...
SFX: Fast-beating Heartbeat
Thought balloon: "Kaya ko ito, kahit puyat ako kakagawa ng AVP ay matatandaan ko ang mga linya kong dinownload ko pa sa internet!
Kaya ko ito, ako pa naman ang gumawa ng speech ng maid of honor. Kaya ko ito, makapal naman ako eh. Kaya ko ito, bagong ahit ang patilya ko eh!"
Host: "Let us hear the maid of honor's wish for the couple..."
Habang pinapakinggan ko ang wish nya ay inuuilit-ulit ko ang kakapiranggot na speech ko para sa toast.
SFX : Louder faster heartbeats
Ibinigay sa akin ang mic. Pangiti-ngiti pa ako habang kinukuha ko ang mic, feeling confident siyempre.
Pagtingin ko sa couple, nakita ko ang pagkaraming tao na nakatayo at nakatingin sa akin. Napansin ko din ang ilang camera na nakatutok ang mga lens sa akin animo'y isa akong target sa shooting range. Tumahimik lahat. Nagpanic ako!
Ang dami ng tao. Lights. Camera. Sheeeet! Nakalimutan ko ang speech ko!
Nag-imbento nalang ako at halos pumiyok ako sa sa dulo ng aking speech. Sabay inom ng alak bottoms up!
